Shipping

Location and Courier Partners – We ship our products through the ground level as well as air via our courier partners FedEx and Bluedart all over India and through other registered couriers in the remote locations of India. We also sell our products on various E-commerce websites and shipping can also be done through their verified sources.

Delivery Period – Generally, we dispatch the product the same day or overnight but the delivery time may vary from place to place. On average, it may take approximately 5 to 7 days to deliver the product to your doorstep. For remote locations, the delivery period may take longer than that. Also, the products delivered via E-commerce websites are bound by rules and regulations of the said website thus please check and confirm the same while ordering.

Dispatch of Orders – Dispatch of orders depends on the type of product you have ordered but generally, the products are In-stock items and can be dispatched on the same day or the very next day.

Track Package – As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation mail, and the package details along with the courier partners are mentioned there. Also, the E-commerce websites provide mails with such details and one can track the same with the tracking IDs. We, via the websites, remain in constant contact and notify the customer at every step.

Shipping Charges – Shipping charges are displayed at the time of purchase depending on the location of delivery and other terms of the concerned partners.

Returns & Refunds

General Return Guidelines – You may request a return of almost all the items except the ones that are explicitly identified as non-returnable. Additionally, the items are only returnable if they are physically damaged or are defective of any kind or if the package is missing the contents of the product originally ordered. Generally, we go for a 14-day return policy.

Return Policy – If you are not satisfied with the products received through the courier you may request a return. Used boxes and opened products cannot be accepted for returns.  The product must be unused and should not be tempered before returning.

Refund – After the returned product is received back, the refund process is initiated. The refund will be processed based on the mode of payment such as prepaid or postpaid orders. The whole process will take place via the concerned E-commerce website and refund will be deposited in approximately 5 to 8 business days.

We will be sending mail on every step of the shipping and return process and intimation shall be sent on return as well as refund.
